 Preschool Admission
2024-2025
Children applying to the 3-year-old preschool program must be 3 years old on or prior to September 30th.  Children applying for the 4-year-old program must be 4 years old on or prior to September 30th.  All of our little learners must be able to use the bathroom independently prior to attendance.  As part of the admissions process, families are invited to meet with our Preschool Director, Mrs. Sheri Castellarin.
K-8 Admission
2024-2025
Families applying for grades K-8 are invited to request a tour prior to acceptance.  To begin this process, families can CLICK HERE to request a tour with our Admissions Coordinator, Mrs. Deena Lanier.  Students applying for Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or prior to September 30th.  In addition to a school tour and meeting with administration, rising Kindergarten students also participate in a Kindergarten screening prior to their first day of school.

Complete the online application by clicking this link:

to complete the 2024-2025 New Student Application and upload the required documents (Birth Certificate Baptismal Certificate).

All other documents may be emailed to dlanier@holycrossweb.com.

Preschool applicants should also complete the Session Selection Form to indicate their session preferences.

Pay your non-refundable application fee ($50 per child or $100 per family) by clicking HERE.

Click the appropriate grade level (rising Kindergarten) or (rising Grades 1-8) to download and print the Teacher Recommendation Form to provide to your child's current school for completion.  The completed form should be returned directly to Holy Cross Academy from your child's school.

If you are interested in grades K-8, click here to request a school tour with Mrs. Deena Lanier, HCA Admissions Coordinator. 

For HCA Preschool at St. Mary, please contact our Preschool Director, Mrs. Sheri Castellarin (preschool@holycrossweb.com).

Admissions decisions will be communicated in late March.  Applications will continue to be considered as long as there is room.

After receiving an Acceptance Letter, you will have two weeks to confirm acceptance by creating a FACTS account, paying the Registration Fee ($100 per student) and completing the Online Enrollment.  Tuition payments will begin in August.
 
Priority is given to families in this order:
  1. Siblings of current Holy Cross Academy students
  2. St. Mary registered parishioners
  3. Catholics registered at other local Catholic Churches
  4. Other families
