Mary Beall was born in Maryland and later settled in Virginia. She is no stranger to food as her parents had a restaurant in Pasadena Md. Since 2002, she has been in the food service field. She was employed by Stafford County for 10 years and currently at Holy Cross Academy (HCA) for 11 years. She takes great pride in serving our kids and community. She was instrumental in getting HCA enrolled in multiple federal government food programs which contributed to the school budget. She continues to ensure all programs are up to date and looks for ways to better the food program. Her goal is to ensure the children and staff gets the most nutritious meals possible and stay within the food serving guidelines.
